Information we collect
We collect order and contact details, customization text, approximate or chosen locations, payment status, and technical information needed to operate the site. For printed and framed orders we also receive the delivery name and address you give at checkout, so the order can be shipped to you.
How we use and retain it
We use your information to create and deliver orders, process payments, send transactional messages, provide support, send news and offers to people who sign up for them (you can unsubscribe from any of these emails at any time), prevent misuse, and improve site performance.
Service providers
We use Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional and marketing email, Supabase for file and image storage, Vercel for hosting, and Mapbox, or OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service as a fallback, for the place search used to find your location. These providers process information under their own privacy terms and our service arrangements.
Analytics, sharing, and your choices
We use PostHog, hosted in the United States, to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, how far people get in designing and ordering a poster, and recordings of browsing sessions that help us find and fix confusing parts of the site. Text typed into form fields, such as your email and delivery address, is masked in those recordings. PostHog stores an identifier in your browser's cookies and local storage to recognise return visits. When configured, the Meta Pixel helps us measure advertising results. We do not sell your personalized artwork or uploaded photos. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, subject to legal and operational requirements, by contacting our support address.
