Digital files

Your file is prepared straight after checkout, and a private download link is emailed to the address you used, usually within minutes. Nothing ships, so digital files can be ordered from anywhere.

Printed and framed orders

Printed and framed orders are paused for now, and only digital files can be ordered. The details below are how printed orders work when they reopen.

We ship printed and framed orders to Canada and the United States. Delivery is included in the price shown, with no separate shipping charge.

Every print is made to order. Production takes 3–5 working days, and then it is in transit:

• North America: 3–6 working days

We email you tracking when your order ships. These are estimates rather than guarantees, and timing may run longer if an order needs review or correction.

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We ship to the address given and cannot reroute an order once it has been produced and dispatched.

Returns

Every piece is personalized and made for your order alone, so it cannot be returned for a change of mind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

If something goes wrong

If a print or frame arrives damaged, or does not match the order you approved, tell us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and its packaging. You do not need to send it back.

If a printed order has not arrived 30 days after we tell you it has shipped, let us know and we will trace it. If it cannot be found, it counts as lost.

Either way, we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days.

If we made a mistake in your artwork, tell us within 30 days of your order and we will send a corrected file free of charge.

How to request help

Email support@momentsasart.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a description of the problem. We reply within 1 business day.
